Job summary

• Maintain service for established banking panel accounts by acting as main contact for conveyancing and documentation enquiries.
• Conduct regular face-to-face engagements with bank mortgage managers and loan officers to keep key accounts active and engaged with the firm.
• Coordinate with internal legal operations teams to ensure smooth intake and processing of conveyancing cases.
• Maintain multi-level touchpoints across partner financial institutions to protect account retention and long-term partnership trust.
