Job summary

Precision Communication Technology Sdn Bhd, a Beijing Precision subsidiary, is seeking a Business Development Representative - Sales Strategy (BPO) to identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads for outsourcing services.

You will develop sales strategies, collaborate with Operations, HR and Finance, and drive the end-to-end process from prospecting to contract sign‑off, while monitoring market trends and expanding into new client segments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential BPO clients across industries and markets.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to hit monthly and annual targets.
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking and events.
• Understand client outsourcing requirements and prepare suitable BPO solutions.
• Develop proposals, presentations and quotes with internal teams.
• Manage sales pipeline from lead to contract signing and onboarding.
