Job summary

Business Performance Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Sales & Account Executive with strong knowledge of the Data Management, BI and Analytics industry in Malaysia. You will drive new business across the region and manage key government and private accounts.

You will collaborate with BDMs and Pre-Sales to navigate complex sales cycles, meet quarterly quotas, and build lasting relationships with C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Business Intelligence, Data or Analytics industry.
• Extensive understanding of Senior Account Management responsibilities.
• Previous experience managing large, government accounts, selling IT software and services.
• Excellent customer service capabilities, ability to build strong professional relationships with C-suite.
• Proactive approach to winning new business, ability to present at road-shows, effective networking, strong social media branding etc.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to understand complex sales cycles, within large private and public organisations.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills and strategic sales mind-set.
• Excellent communication skills are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and grow existing customers across Malaysia.
• Collaborate with BDMs and Pre-Sales to manage the sales lifecycle.
• Aim to meet quarterly sales quotas.
• Target FSI and government accounts.
• Network at roadshows/events to generate new business.
• Increase brand presence in Sydney market.
• Manage stakeholders in key accounts and pipelines.
• Probe customers to uncover pain points.
• Provide ongoing support on current contracts.
