Edwards Lifesciences (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced Manager, Analytics to partner with APAC business units and drive commercial dashboards, analytics, and strategic insights.

You will lead cross‑BU initiatives, manage data quality, and coordinate digital tools to deliver measurable business outcomes. The role requires a strong background in analytics, leadership experience, and proficiency with Power BI, Tableau and SFDC, plus advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with extensive analytics experience preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in full-stack software development, analytics, and dashboard creation; 6 years if Master's hold.
• Minimum 2 years in people management.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to APAC and country stakeholders.
• Lead cross-BU and regional requirements for consistency and usability.
• Scope, evaluate and deliver dashboards/reporting and analytics to drive business outcomes.
• Coordinate the JAPAC Digital Tools portfolio, driving product ownership and harmonization.
• Develop new digital solutions leveraging existing data and systems.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across accounts and contacts.
• Support Strategy with Data Stewardship and governance initiatives.
• Provide guidance to the team and manage priorities.
