Job summary

LBS Bina Group Berhad seeks a data analytics leader to design, build, and govern Power BI dashboards that empower business insight. You will partner with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable analytics while maintaining data quality and a single source of truth.

You will lead a dashboard and analytics function, optimize data models, and apply best practices in BI, ETL, and data storytelling to drive data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI data modeling (DAX) and visualizations.
• Strong SQL or other data querying skills.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PL-300 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Ensure dashboards are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
• Optimize data models and performance for large datasets.
• Maintain a single source of truth across reporting layers.
• Lead the Dashboard & Analytics team and drive reporting automation.
