Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a seasoned Leader for the Dashboard & Analytics team in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and ensure data accuracy across reporting layers.

You will translate business questions into analytical solutions and lead adoption through training and enablement. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in data analytics/BI, strong Power BI skills, and experience with data governance and ETL processes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Power BI, including data modelling, DAX and visualisation best practices.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation.
• Experience with SQL or other data querying tools.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Ensure dashboards are accurate, scalable and aligned with business needs.
• Optimise data models and performance when working with large datasets.
• Maintain a single source of truth across all reporting layers.
• Lead the Dashboard & Analytics team and drive continuous improvement.
