Job summary

The candidate should have 2–3 years’ mortgage sales or related experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in mortgage sales, business development, relationship management, or banking/financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong sales and customer service mindset.
• Knowledge of mortgage products and credit assessment processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Third Party Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Third Party Service Providers and build strong, professional relationships to support long-term partnerships.
• Performance Monitoring/Management: Track submission, approval, status, and disbursement for mortgage applications and provide status updates to Service Providers.
• Conduct Training: Train Service Providers’ agents on bank policy and guidelines; brief on changes or campaigns.
• Issue Resolution: Act as escalation point for concerns from Service Providers/Agents and ensure timely resolution.
• Others: Collaborate with centralized processing to meet service standards and turnaround times.
