Job summary

Fiamma Holdings Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a driven B2B sales professional to drive growth across ELBA, FABER, RUBINE and VINO by building new business opportunities and managing strategic relationships with property developers, hospitality, and corporate accounts.

You will lead end-to-end sales, develop competitive proposals, coordinate with product management, marketing and service teams, and hit revenue targets while expanding cross-brand sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant B2B sales or project sales experience.
• Strong network within property development, hospitality, architecture or construction.
• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems and AI tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted B2B verticals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and partners.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Promote integrated product solutions across ELBA, FABER, RUBINE and VINO.
• Develop competitive proposals and project packages aligned with customer needs.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, supply chain and service teams.
