Job summary

SENTAI KITCHENWARE SDN. BHD. is seeking a driven Sales Executive to build long-term relationships with customers in the F&B sector. You will develop accounts from initial inquiries to large business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell across kitchen products, and close deals of varying value.

Applicants should be sincere, proactive, and hungry for results, with the ability to work quickly and independently. Knowledge of the F&B equipment market is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in sales or related roles.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, upselling, and closing skills.
• Able to identify customer potential and develop accounts beyond initial purchase.

Responsibilities

• Handle online enquiries, walk-in customers, and existing customer opportunities.
• Develop customers from immediate needs into larger business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across kitchen utensils, professional kitchen equipment, and kitchen projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Take full ownership of customer portfolio, sales pipeline, and sales results.
