Job summary

CTP INFOTECH MALAYSIA SDN BHD is seeking a strategic sales professional to promote smart parking software and hardware across Malaysia. You will identify and win B2B and B2G clients, including parking operators, developers, government agencies, and system integrators.

You will deliver compelling presentations and live demos, close deals by coordinating requirements and contracts, monitor market trends, and nurture long-term relationships with partners. English is required; Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IoT/automation/smart infrastructure sectors.
• Strong marketing strategies, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English; Chinese language ability is an added advantage.
• Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product presentations, live demonstrations, and technical consultations to prospective clients.
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating them within operations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs for product improvement feedback.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with business and channel partners.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while providing basic after-sales support.
