Job summary

Berjaya Land Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a results-driven sales and marketing professional to lead the growth of our parking facilities revenue through creative campaigns, partnerships, and data-driven sales efforts.

You will develop and execute marketing and sales strategies, identify opportunities with corporate clients and tenants, promote passes and packages, manage digital campaigns, and report performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Experience in Property/Parking/Facilities is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase parking revenue and occupancy.
• Identify new business opportunities with corporate clients, tenants, and nearby establishments.
• Promote seasonal offers, monthly passes, and promotional packages.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns and on-site promotional materials.
• Monitor and analyze parking trends and sales performance to guide planning.
• Collaborate with operations and customer services to improve user experience.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
