The successful candidate will manage client portfolios, align solutions with requirements, and drive ROI while staying abreast of AI trends and product developments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account management in Technology & Telecoms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Able to manage client portfolios and meet sales targets.
• Strategic thinking and problem solving to address client needs.
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong software industry background with technical knowledge.
• Project and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SQL and data querying.
• Ability to scope and design solutions aligned with client needs.
• Strong presentation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and product advocate, demonstrating solution value to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions delivering ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and partners to support engagements.
• Lead PoC and PoV initiatives to validate solution effectiveness.
• Provide technical guidance throughout sales and implementation cycles.
• Manage multiple customer opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Stay current with industry trends, AI technologies, and product developments.
• Represent the organization at webinars, conferences, and industry events.
