You will collaborate cross‑functionally, contribute to AI innovation and gain valuable experience in customer success, with opportunities to develop scalable templates and automations

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Success, or Sales/RevOps.
• Interest in exploring AI capabilities for CS use cases to drive performance and scale.
• Excellent written and oral communication and ability to use data in communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
• Familiarity with CS platforms and analytics (Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau, GoodData).
• Proven troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills; and, attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Generate custom deliverables (emails, reports, PPT presentations) communicating value and aligning with CS roadmap.
• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for satisfaction, growth, and risk mitigation.
• Support client retention and renewal efforts across accounts.
• Prioritize tasks by due dates, difficulty, and resources to meet deadlines.
• Maintain outcome-based templates, playbooks, and reusable automations to scale outputs.
• Track status of activities using a workflow management tool.
