AI Rudder, a conversational AI company, seeks a seasoned Customer Success Manager for an on-site role in Kuala Lumpur. You will help customers adopt AI Rudder's AI-powered solutions, demonstrating value and ROI through PoCs, PoVs, and tailored demonstrations.

The role requires a long track record (10+ years) in after-sales, SaaS, or project delivery, with strong software background and Mandarin fluency. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in after-sales, project delivery or SaaS solutions.
• Strong account and project management skills.
• Excellent English; Mandarin proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the business value of AI Rudder solutions through compelling solution demonstrations.
• Lead PoC and PoV engagements to prove value and ROI.
• Coordinate with sales, technical specialists and partners to design solutions.
• Manage multiple sales opportunities with clear communication and collaboration.
• Stay up to date with AI Rudder technologies and represent the company at events.
