Job summary

Affle Malaysia is seeking a Manager - Sales to scale the mediasmart business across Malaysia. You will drive brand partnerships, strengthen agency and trading desk relationships, and establish thought leadership in branding and programmatic ecosystems.

This role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders to build joint business plans, manage a robust sales pipeline, and lead regional sales for programmatic, CTV, and mDMP offerings.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of sales, business development or product experience in ad-tech or digital media.
• Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals across regions.
• Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystem and DSP sales.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; consultative leadership.
• Ability to present to and influence C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders across top advertisers to create and execute joint business plans.
• Build thought leadership for mediasmart by collaborating with internal teams on brand narratives.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across agencies, trading desks, and direct brand IO opportunities.
• Lead sales for Affle’s mediasmart offerings across agencies, trading desks, and advertisers in the region.
• Act as regional business owner, driving accountability and collaboration.
• Accelerate revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and activating new clients.
• Conduct evaluations of RTB and programmatic programs to identify growth opportunities.
• Own periodic reporting and performance analysis of programmatic initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with key ecosystem players including agencies and partners.
