Job summary

Asia School of Business is seeking a Senior Manager of Action Learning to oversee management and delivery of AL programs within the Student Journey department. You will coordinate with faculty, coaches, students, host companies, and internal teams to ensure timely project scoping, stakeholder satisfaction, and high-quality participant experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, identify tasks, blockers, and dependencies, and ensure smooth program delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty & coaches, students & internal departments, and host companies to deliver the program.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and develop practical, timely solutions.
• Prepare and manage the department’s annual budget, monitoring expenses and allocations.
• Oversee administrative workflows, including internal calendars, participant coordination, and compliance (NDAs, contracts).
• Lead department planning activities to ensure smooth execution of processes and adherence to institutional policies.
• Track and report on key program metrics (e.g. host statistics, project outcomes, student feedback).
• Conduct post-program reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
