Job summary

Asia School of Business in Malaysia is seeking an Associate Director of Action Learning (AL) to lead strategic and operational delivery of AL programs for MBA and EMBA cohorts. You will partner with the AL team, Academic Director, and Career Development Office to source projects, scope engagements, and ensure high-quality experiential learning across host partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; experience in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience in business development, corporate sales, consulting, education or corporate engagement.
• Strong analytical, writing and editing skills.
• Fluency in English; Southeast Asian languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage program operations to ensure high-quality experiences for students, host companies, and coaches.
• Align priorities with academic standards and processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver on-time, on-budget program implementations.
• Oversee multiple projects, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach the AL team with clear work plans and risk escalation.
• Source host partners for AL, Practicums, Capstone projects and ALSP.
• Build a sustainable projects sourcing pipeline across Malaysia and ASEAN.
• Represent AL to C-suite executives and external partners.
• Collaborate with BD, EE, CDO, Academic Solutions, and CEO Office.
• Shape projects with Faculty Director and Advisors.
• Manage student and stakeholder relationships; ensure effective communication.
• Plan and coordinate AL events including Action Learning Summit.
