Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking an AP Regional Consulting L&D Manager/Senior Manager to drive learning strategy and act as a regional business partner for key cohorts and initiatives. You will collaborate with AP L&D leadership, global owners, and local teams to deliver impactful journeys and measure outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, manage vendor relationships, onboard facilitators, and ensure programs align with business needs across the AP region.

Competenze

• 8–10 years of relevant professional experience in learning & development, talent development, or related field.
• Proven ability to work across geographies and cultures; experience with matrix organizations.
• Strong influencing, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent project management abilities with multiple priorities and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tailor messages to audiences.
• Comfort using data to inform decisions and improve programs.
• Experience navigating ambiguous, fast-changing environments and collaborating across teams.

Mansioni

• Deliver BCG's learning strategy in AP and partner with selected cohorts/initiatives.
• Ensure seamless RTB execution for core journeys, maintaining proximity to the business as a regional business partner.
• Lead or participate in journey-improvement projects across modules, linkages, impact measurement and cross-journey integration.
• Contribute to vendor relationship management, facilitator onboarding, and AP-region feedback loops.
• Collaborate with AP L&D Senior Director and local teams to shape AP priority projects and report impact to leadership Sponsors.
