Job summary

SaverBro is seeking an Account Executive to manage a client portfolio from Kota Kinabalu. You will be the primary contact, identify needs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Your focus will be on building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, tracking performance, and supporting sales activities such as presentations, negotiations, and renewals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, account coordination, and customer service.
• Experience with sales processes including prospecting, presenting solutions, and negotiating agreements.
• Ability to analyze client needs, prepare proposals, and support strategic account planning.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using office productivity tools and CRM or similar systems to manage accounts and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• A related diploma or degree is preferred; prior experience in account management or sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact for all account-related matters.
• Identify client needs, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Track account performance, prepare reports, and support sales activities (presentations, negotiations, renewals).
• Prospect new business opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records.
