AYP Group, an HR Tech company serving APAC with EOR, payroll, compliance and HR advisory solutions, is seeking an Account Manager to steward a portfolio of existing customers in Malaysia. You will focus on retention, satisfaction and revenue growth through expansion opportunities.

You will build relationships with HR, Finance, Legal and C-suite stakeholders, renew contracts, cross-sell services, and collaborate with Operations and Payroll teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success or B2B Relationship Management in EOR/HR Outsourcing or SaaS.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify expansion opportunities.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned customers.
• Build relationships with HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement and C-suite stakeholders.
• Conduct regular customer review meetings and on-site visits.
• Understand customers' workforce expansion plans and hiring roadmap.
• Act as a trusted advisor for employment, payroll and workforce expansion discussions.
• Manage renewals and contracts.
• Identify opportunities for headcount growth and cross-sell Payroll Outsourcing, Recruitment, Benefits Administration.
• Collaborate with Operations and Payroll teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Drive expansion revenue within existing accounts and monitor satisfaction.
• Maintain account plans and CRM records.
