Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. seeks an HR & Payroll Service Delivery Specialist to support our global EOR operations in Malaysia. You will help improve delivery processes, document workflows for onboarding, payroll, changes, and offboarding, and create SOPs and templates.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HR operations or payroll outsourcing, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal and overseas partners. EOR or multi-country experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll outsourcing or related service delivery.
• Proven experience with core HR processes: onboarding, payroll coordination or offboarding.
• Ability to translate day-to-day practices into clear procedures and checklists.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve delivery standards for onboarding, payroll, employment changes and offboarding.
• Create and maintain SOPs, checklists and templates with clear responsibilities and timelines.
• Monitor delivery quality and follow up with internal teams and overseas partners to meet deadlines.
• Provide operational cover and ensure handover records are clear during leave or absence.
