Job summary

Havas Malaysia is seeking an Account Manager to guide day-to-day management of assigned accounts, coordinating client projects from planning to completion and serving as the primary day-to-day contact between client and agency.

You will build close relationships with key client contacts, understand their business, and translate briefs into actionable internal plans while ensuring timely sign-off and high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with key contacts (internal/external).
• Coordinate client projects from planning through completion with attention to detail.
• Ensure timely, accurate briefs and sign-offs with SAM/AD involvement.
• Prepare quotations and monitor budgets and billing queries.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage production schedule and ensure campaigns run on time and on budget.
• Mentor junior account handlers in project finances and client communications.
• Prepare accurate quotations at campaign start and maintain records.
• Produce invoices and handle billing queries with finance teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client projects and insights.
