Job summary

Ogilvy Malaysia is hiring a Senior Account Manager to support client programs and drive campaign success. Based at Common Ground, you will ensure timely strategy and creative output, assist in cost estimation, and lead briefing and coordination across internal teams.

You will work closely with AAD/AD, manage budgets and schedules, and provide regular client updates while maintaining top‑tier service and quality. Strong writing and presentation skills will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, ad, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in communications or a related field; industry experience preferred.
• Professional writing skills and strong presentation capabilities are essential.
• Independent worker who can be proactive and work well in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in MS Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client briefs with AAD/AD and develop creative briefs.
• Assist in cost estimation, creative briefing and campaign management/analysis.
• Write, edit and proofread high‑quality communications materials.
• Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and deliverables; provide weekly reports.
