Job summary

Dai Lieng Machinery Sdn Bhd is seeking a storekeeper to manage daily store operations at our Sabah facility. You will assist in assigning tasks to storekeepers, delivery clerks, and drivers, and ensure incoming parts are verified against delivery documents.

Responsibilities include submitting receiving documents to Purchasing, reporting damaged or missing parts, storing goods safely, inspecting items before delivery, and maintaining store cleanliness and proper waste disposal.

• Ensure all receiving documents are properly checked, completed, and submitted to the Purchasing Department.
• Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect parts to the Purchasing Department and immediate supervisor.
• Ensure all parts and goods are stored safely in the correct locations.
• Inspect and verify goods to ensure they are in good condition before delivery to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Assist the spare parts counter and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
