Job summary

Engineering & Project Management Services is seeking a Storekeeper to manage inbound and outbound materials with Autocount, ensuring accurate data entry and stock control across Store 1 and Store 2. The role requires coordinating with Purchasing and handling forklift duties safely.

You will be responsible for monthly returns, damage records, and routine machine service checks, while maintaining clean, organized stores and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in storekeeping and stock control.
• Familiar with Autocount or similar inventory software.
• Safety conscious and able to operate forklift as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and key in material using Autocount system.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly stock balance for Store 1 & Store 2.
• Handle monthly material return and material damage records.
• Coordinate with Purchasing Department regarding stock items and orders.
• Operate forklift with safety, including routine service/maintenance tasks.
• Facilitate monthly machine service/repair and fuel checks.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Responsible to handle forklift with safety including service/repair/fill in diesel/cleaning
