Job summary

Dai Lieng Machinery Sdn Bhd is seeking a storekeeper to manage daily store operations at our Sabah facility. You will assist in assigning tasks to storekeepers, delivery clerks, and drivers, and ensure incoming parts are verified against delivery documents.

Responsibilities include submitting receiving documents to Purchasing, reporting damaged or missing parts, storing goods safely, inspecting items before delivery, and maintaining store cleanliness and proper waste disposal.

Qualifications

• Daily store operations management.
• Assist in assigning tasks to storekeepers, delivery clerks and drivers.
• Check incoming parts against delivery documents.
• Submit receiving docs to Purchasing Department.
• Report damaged/missing/incorrect parts.

• Verify quantity and quality of incoming parts against delivery documents.
• Ensure all receiving documents are completed and submitted to Purchasing.
• Report damaged or missing parts to Purchasing and supervisor.
• Maintain safe storage and cleanliness of the store and waste disposal.
