Job summary

Ken Hong Seng Pte Ltd in Malaysia invites applications for a Warehouse Assistant. You will handle loading/unloading, stock control, and ensure warehouse safety while reporting to Factory Manager/Director.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in manufacturing, can work physically, speak English/Mandarin/Bahasa, and are prepared to work independently or as part of a team, with forklift experience and strong attendance.

Qualifications

• Able to commence work immediately.
• Minimum 1 year experience in this field.
• Capable of physical work and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Experience in manufacturing F&B or similar industries advantageous.
• Good attendance and positive mindset.
• Able to communicate in English, Mandarin or Bahasa; local dialects helpful.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift driving experience and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Report to Factory Manager/Director.
• Load/unload goods according to delivery orders.
• Ensure store accuracy and warehouse safety.
• Maintain receipts, records and stock withdrawals.
• Perform daily stock checks and ensure stock accuracy.
• Maintain housekeeping and organize store area by product category.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Scope include but not limited to:

• Report to Factory Manager/Director.
• Loading/Unloading good according to delivery order
• Ensure store accurate and warehouse safety
• Maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of the stock
• Perform daily stock out & ensure stock accuracy
• Maintain proper housekeeping including floor and goods rearrangement in store/area assigned or according to product category
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Able to commennce work immediately
• Minimum 1 year experience in this field
• Able to do physical work and positive thinking
• Candidates with experiences from manufacturing in F&B, industries would have an advantage
• Good working attendance and positive mindset
• Able to converse and write in English, Mandarin or Bahasa and good to know the local dialects to liaise with Mandarin, Bahasa and other local dialects customer.
• Fork Lift Driving experience & practise safety at all time
• Able to work independently and also work as a team player.
