Job summary

GHP in Kulai, Johor, Malaysia, is seeking a details-oriented logistics operator responsible for planning and arranging delivery of finished goods to customers on time and in the correct quantity and destination.

You will coordinate with customer service on delivery schedules, ensure adherence to quality procedures, monitor E-Pack/Excel-based stock balances, perform monthly consumption and closing reports, and uphold ISO 9001:2015 safety disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and arranging for delivery of finished goods to customer on time, correct quantity and destination.
• Lease closely with customer service on delivery schedule.
• Ensure all finished goods are delivered on time basis; any delay shall be communicated to customer service.
• Lease closely with customer service on matter of delivery.
• Ensure delivery process is adhered to the quality procedure.
• Plastic roll item balance control in system raw material and finished goods and its accuracy of E-Pack system / Excel.
• Print out monthly consumption and closing report and submit to Store Supervisor.
• Responsible for stock count on periodically bias on finished goods and raw material.
• To monitor and ensure the accuracy of e-pack system.
• Any other job may assign from time as deemed by the superior.
• Ensure to implement ISO 9001:2015 requirement.
• To ensure safety work discipline at all times.
