Job summary

Sankyu Malaysia is seeking a warehouse/store supervisor to manage stock, ensure accurate inventory records, and support day-to-day operations at the Selangor site.

The role emphasizes FIFO compliance, organized storage, timely unloading of deliveries, and close collaboration with logistics to maintain smooth stock flow while upholding safety standards and SOPs. Experience with basic inventory software and good attention to detail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock quantities, update inventory management software, and reconcile physical counts with digital records
• Unload deliveries, check items for damage or discrepancies, and label and shelve incoming products securely
• Implement First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices and organize storage layouts to maximize efficiency
• Process purchase requests, maintain receipts and logs, and generate inventory reports for management
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, secure, and compliant with occupational health and safety standards
