Job summary

CreteArt Design Studio in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a warehouse/storekeeper to manage in/out records for machinery, tools, and spare parts. You will track tool returns, verify quantities and item conditions, and record remaining balance materials from project sites.

The role requires maintaining vehicle in/out records, daily checks, and communicating stock shortages to the purchasing team. Exposure to stock coordination across departments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have hands-on experience with warehouse operations and stock handling.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Familiarity with basic inventory systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor in/out records for machinery, tools, and spare parts.
• Track the return of tools and verify quantities and condition.
• Receive and record remaining balance materials returned from project sites.
• Check condition of returned items and update stock records accordingly.
• Maintain vehicle in/out records and perform daily routine checks.
• Report low stock to the purchasing department.
• Coordinate with purchasing and other departments regarding stock availability.
