Job summary

Creteart Design & Construction in Penang, George Town seeks a Store/Warehouse Operator to manage in/out records for machinery, tools and spare parts. You will track tool returns, verify quantities and report stock status to ensure smooth project workflows.

Experience in store/warehouse operations is preferred. Candidates with SPM or higher are welcome to apply, with daily on-site responsibilities in our Penang location.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least SPM or higher.
• Prior experience in store/warehouse operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor in/out records for machinery, tools, and spare parts.
• Track the return of tools and verify quantities and condition.
• Receive and record remaining balance materials returned from project sites.
• Check condition of returned items and update stock records accordingly.
• Responsible for vehicle's in/out record & daily routine checking.
• Report low stock to the purchasing department.
• Work with purchasing and relevant other departments regarding stock availability.
