Job summary

Responsibilities include using the C.H.A.R.M. service model, coordinating daily tasks, and assisting with POS, stock, pricing, and promotions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a passion to drive team results.
• Proven communication skills to store team, managers and partners.
• Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines.
• Learn and assist in departments including consumer service, product knowledge and stock room management.
• Support daily execution of retail operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns.
• Promote loyalty programs and maintain cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Leads by example and collaborates with Store Management to improve KPIs.
