Job summary

Stryv is seeking a customer-centric Store Supervisor to support store operations and sales at Pavilion Bukit Jalil. You’ll work with the store and retail managers to engage customers, demonstrate products, and hit sales targets.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, stock support, and promoting a positive, high-performance team culture. Ideal candidates have retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and are willing to work weekends, PH, and nights.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SPM and above.
• Proven successful experience in retail sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in English and another local language fluently.
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profitability of the store.
• Learn about Stryv products and demonstrate them proficiently.
• Monitor store operations to ensure smooth running.
• Carry out promotional activities to drive sales.
• Maintain store housekeeping and merchandising standards.
• Ensure proper inventory control of the stores.
• Conduct merchandising training for staff.
• Provide excellent face-to-face customer service and meet customer needs.
• Comply with operational standards and ensure a safe, clean store environment.
• Supervise store teams, conduct evaluations, organize training, and foster recognition and motivation.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
