Job summary

Stryv is seeking a customer-centric sales assistant to support store operations and sales at Midvalley Megamall. You will work closely with the store manager and retail manager to engage customers, demonstrate products and drive sales.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, stock taking, meeting sales targets, maintaining a tidy store, and reporting trends to managers. Training is provided; 13 days AL and other benefits are offered. Commission on sales applies.

Qualifications

• SPM or higher education
• Proven retail sales experience
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and another local language
• Available to work weekends, PH and night shifts

The successful candidate will work closely with the store manager and retail manager to learn how to engage, demonstrate our products and sell the products. Job scopes include opening/closing stores, support in stock taking. Candidates will have the most success if they have some background in retail sales experience and are willing to work hard in retail hours to deliver sales target

Requirements and skills

Minimum education SPM and above

Proven successful experience in retail sales

Fresh graduate welcome to apply

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to communicate in English and another local language fluently

Work retail days and hours (Weekends, PH, nights)
