Luxury Careers Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving store performance in Kuala Lumpur.

You will lead and motivate the team, manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensure a pristine, business-ready environment daily. Responsibilities include coaching staff, handling POS transactions, stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing updates, loyalty promotion, and loss prevention.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably with supervisory or store leadership.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for retail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams while achieving sales and operational targets.

As a Store Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring the overall success of the store. You'll lead and motivate the team to provide outstanding service, drive sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This includes overseeing opening and closing procedures, cash handling, store presentation, and maintaining a business-ready environment every day.

Job Responsibilities

Foster a positive and collaborative team culture by leading by example and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.

Support daily store operations, including customer service, POS transactions, stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing updates, loyalty programme promotion, and store presentation.

Coordinate daily operations, delegate tasks, and ensure priorities are completed efficiently.

Stay up to date on products, promotions, and new launches to deliver an engaging customer experience.

Drive sales performance while ensuring compliance with company policies, inventory control, and loss prevention procedures.

What You'll Bring

Must be at least 18 years of age.

2-3 years of retail experience, preferably with supervisory or store leadership experience.
