Job summary

Stryv in Johor is seeking a customer-centric Sales Assistant to support store operations and drive sales at Mid Valley Southkey. You will learn to engage customers, demonstrate products and hit sales targets while working with the store and retail managers.

Key requirements include SPM or higher, retail sales experience or fresh graduates, strong communication, English plus another local language, and willingness to work weekends, PH and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SPM and above.
• Proven successful experience in retail sales.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in English and another local language fluently.

Responsibilities

• Learn deeply about Stryv products and be proficient in demonstrating them.
• Engage and serve customers well.
• Meet sales targets for personal and store.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness in store.
• Report on buying trends, customer needs to retail managers.
• Propose innovative ideas to increase how store can improve.
