Job summary

Stryv is seeking a customer-centric sales assistant to support store operations and drive sales at Pavilion Bukit Jalil. You will work closely with the store and retail managers to engage customers, demonstrate products, and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Candidates should have retail experience or fresh graduates are welcome. English and another local language fluency is required, with weekend/nights shifts and training provided.

• Minimum education SPM and above.
• Proven successful experience in retail sales.

Job description

Stryv is looking for a customer-centric sales assistant to support the store operations and sales in Pavillion Bukit Jalil. The successful candidate will work closely with the store manager and retail manager to learn how to engage, demonstrate our products and sell the products. Job scopes include opening/closing stores, support in stock taking. Candidates will have the most success if they have some background in retail sales experience and are willing to work hard in retail hours to deliver sales target

Requirements and skills

Off in lieu given for work on Public Holidays

OT pay if staff is required to work above the 45 hours (Daily 9 hours) planned weekly.
