Job summary

Stryv is seeking a Store Supervisor for Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru to help run daily store operations, engage customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales. You will work closely with the store manager and retail manager to learn the ropes and meet sales targets while maintaining high service standards in a busy mall environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SPM and above
• Proven successful experience in retail sales
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate in English and another local language fluently

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profitability of the store
• Learn deeply about Stryv products and be proficient in demonstrating them
• Monitor Store Operations.
• To carry out promotional activities to drive sales.
• Ensuring store housekeeping and merchandising standards are achieved.
• To ensure proper inventory control of the stores
• To conduct merchandising training for new and existing employees
• To provide excellent face-to-face customer service to customers so that customers’ needs are met.
• To comply with all operational standards
• Ensuring a safe and clean store environment for team members and customers
• Supervise store teams, conduct evaluations, organize training sessions, and foster a culture of recognition and motivation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
