Job summary

KK Supermart is seeking a capable retail supervisor to join the team in Malaysia. You will receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods, and manage inventory and merchandise handling with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, operating equipment per procedures, ensuring asset safety, and delivering courteous customer service with readiness to handle emergencies and uphold the store's reputation.

Qualifications

• SPM/ Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Retail experience 1–3 years with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods; manage inventory and merchandise handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the store premises.
• Operate and handle store equipment and machines per company procedures.
• Ensure safety and care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies and report to relevant personnel when necessary.
• Uphold KK Supermart's good image and reputation at all times.
