Job summary

KK Supermart in Kapar, Selangor seeks a capable Retail Supervisor to receive, record, and manage inventory while ensuring clean, safe store operations. You will lead a team, operate POS systems, and deliver courteous customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of retail experience, supervisory skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Own transport is preferred; a diploma or SPM with potential higher education is considered.

Qualifications

• SPM or diploma equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 1–3 years retail experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in store premises.
• Operate and handle all store equipment and machines per procedures.
• Ensure safety and care of the store's property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies and report to relevant personnel.
• Uphold the store's image and KK Supermart reputation.
