Job summary

KK Supermart in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a store supervisor to oversee daily inventory, pricing, and merchandise handling. You will maintain store cleanliness, operate equipment per procedures, and ensure safety of the store’s property.

The role requires 1–3 years retail experience with supervisory duties; SP M/Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, POS skills, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are essential. Own transport a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years retail experience, supervisory preferred.
• Training or degree may be considered in lieu of experience.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• To receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods, and manage inventory.
• To maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• To operate store equipment per procedures.
• To ensure safety of store property and assets.
• To provide courteous and professional customer service.
• To handle emergencies and report to relevant personnel.
