Job summary

KK Supermart in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Store Supervisor to manage inventory, ensure store presentation, and lead a small team. You will handle goods receiving, stock counts, and everyday store operations while delivering courteous customer service.

The role requires at least 1–3 years of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities and a background in POS systems and basic computer tasks. Suitable candidates should be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous retail experience (minimum 1–3 years), with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods; manage inventory and merchandise handling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment in line with company procedures.
• Ensure safety and care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Handle emergencies and report to relevant personnel.
• Uphold KK Supermart's image and reputation at all times.
