Job summary

KK Supermart in Klang, Selangor is seeking a proactive Store Supervisor to manage receiving, recording, arranging, inspecting and returning goods; oversee inventory and merchandise handling while ensuring store cleanliness and safety. The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, POS proficiency, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Own transportation is preferred. KK Supermart has a long-standing presence since 1992, delivering quality products.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Retail experience 1–3 years preferred, with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods and manage inventory and merchandise handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the store premises.
• Operate and handle all equipment and machines in the store per company procedures.
• Ensure safety and proper care of the store's property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies appropriately and report them to relevant personnel.
• Uphold KK Supermart's good image and reputation at all times.
