Job summary

KK Supermart in Malaysia is seeking a Store Supervisor to manage inventory, receive and return goods, and ensure smooth daily operations across the shop floor.

You will lead a team, maintain cleanliness, operate POS systems, deliver courteous service, and handle emergencies, reporting to management as needed.

The ideal candidate has SPM, Diploma or higher, 1–3 years retail experience with supervisory duties, and is able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with own transport.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Retail experience 1–3 years with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in store premises.
• Operate and handle all equipment and machines in store per procedures.
• Ensure safety and proper care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies and report to relevant personnel when necessary.
• Uphold KK Supermart’s good image and reputation.
