Job summary

Lucern Fresh Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam oversees receiving, stocking and record-keeping for grocery items. You will supervise incoming materials, monitor stock levels and perform cycle counts to prevent shortages or overstock.

This role collaborates with Production, Quality and Procurement to ensure materials meet quality standards and are available when needed. You will access the B2B site for stock ordering, reporting, labeling and stock movements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain accurate record of incoming materials
• Monitor stock level and conduct cycle counts to ensure stock replenishment
• Verify and maintain store records including GRN, DO, Invoice, Picking and stock movement
• Ensure store operations comply with food safety, hygiene and OSH requirements
• Liaise with Production, Quality and Procurement to ensure materials meet quality standards
• Access the B2B site for stock ordering, summary preparation, stock preparation, sticker/label printing and stock movements
• Complete report preparation, filing documents and support administrative tasks

Job description

Monitor stock level, conduct cycle count and ensure stock replenishment to avoid shortage or overstocking

Verify and maintain store related records including GRN, DO, Invoice, Picking and stock movement records where necessary.

Ensure store operations comply with food safety, hygiene and OSH requirements

Liaise with Production, Quality and Procurement to ensure materials area available and meet quality standards

Access the B2B site for stock ordering, summary preparation, stock preparation, sticker and label printing and stock picking and loading.

Complete report preparation, filing document and support any administrative task where necessary.

To support compliance with the company policy in accordance to FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal and other applicable food safety and operational requirements, procedures, and other work safety requirement.

To perform any other duties, responsibilities or assignments as may be assigned by Management from time to time in accordance with operational and business requirements.
