Pristine Glory Sdn Bhd in Pusing, Perak is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor for our warehousing and distribution facility. This full-time role oversees day-to-day store operations, staff, and inventory systems to ensure efficient, accurate handling of goods while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will lead staff, optimize stock control, and coordinate with logistics to meet delivery schedules, all within a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

3–5 years in a warehouse, storage or distribution environment.
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in warehousing or logistics.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
Proficiency with warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage store staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records using warehousing management systems.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods for efficiency and accuracy.
Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the warehouse.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery schedules and stock movements.
Prepare reports on warehouse performance and operational metrics.
Address customer inquiries related to storage or distribution; ensure policy compliance.
