Job summary

Logoman Malaysia is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the retail team, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and maintain shop standards while coordinating promotions and events.

The role requires hands-on leadership with a focus on achieving targets, efficient cash handling, and accurate reporting to management. Experience in collectibles or hobby retail is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, store supervision, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of sales targets, inventory control, and customer service.
• Able to manage a team and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Responsible, organized, and results-oriented.
• Experience in collectibles, trading cards, hobby retail, or e-commerce is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth business activities.
