Job summary

RPG Commerce in Miri, Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance and ensure exceptional customer service. You will motivate your team, optimize processes, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Sales.
Experience managing multiple stores is a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in POS systems and cash handling.
Must be able to work 6-day week including weekends.

Responsibilities

Increase sales through effective strategies and optimal store layout.
Boost productivity through staff training and performance feedback.
Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure peak-hour coverage.
Maintain excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
Train staff on product knowledge and brand standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain.
Execute in-store promotions and ensure visual merchandising aligns with guidelines.
