Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) seeks a store supervisor to lead daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service across Negeri Sembilan stores. Qualifications

• Experience in retail, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• SPM or Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods for inventory and merchandise handling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment in line with procedures.
• Ensure the safety and care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers and report emergencies when needed.
