Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) in Tanjong Malim, Malaysia seeks a hands-on Store Supervisor. You will oversee daily store operations, inventory handling, cleanliness, safety, and exceptional customer service, and report emergencies as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years retail supervisory experience, SPM or Diploma (Bachelor’s a plus), strong leadership, excellent communication, POS proficiency, and own transportation.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• SPM or Diploma; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods; manage inventory and merchandise handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in store premises.
• Operate store equipment per company procedures and ensure asset safety.
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers and handle emergencies.
• Uphold KK Supermart's image and reputation at all times.
